What exactly is a House?
A House is your festival, event, or brand’s upload page within Social House (app or web). It’s where people upload and share their content. Every House connects to SAM, where content is stored, managed, edited, and exported. Need more Houses? You can add them anytime to your account.
Can I add extra houses?
Yes, you can purchase extra houses with every plan. The cost for an additional house is a one-time implementation fee of €149.
Can I add additional team users?
Yes. Additional users are always possible, regardless of your plan. The cost is €20 per additional user per month.
Useful for external editors, agencies, or temporary crew members.
Can I add extra live UGC walls?
Yes. You can add extra UGC walls at any time.
Each live UGC wall is connected to a House and can be used to display curated content on screens, websites, or other digital touchpoints. For example per stage, area, or campaign.

In short, a Smart Asset Manager (SAM) transforms raw content into organized, searchable, and usable brand content, without manual work. It not only stores files, but automatically understands, organizes, and activates content using AI, at scale.
Social House is a Smart Asset Manager built specifically for user-generated content, brands, events, and festivals. Every house connects to SAM.
Can I request an aftermovie?
Of course, we are happy to help create lasting memories. The aftermovie is an add-on and is not included in a subscription. We create the aftermovie based on your wishes, style, and output.
- A 2–3 minute aftermovie costs an average of €1,050 in editing costs.
Why is there a minimum usage of 3 months?
Social House is designed around the complete content cycle of an event or campaign. A minimum of 3 months ensures there’s enough time to create real value from your collected UGC. This period allows you to:

Set up and launch your House properly; including branding, structure, access, and upload flows

Activate your audience and collect UGC before, during, and after the event

Organize content in SAM, so raw uploads become usable brand content

Create final outputs, such as Reels, or an aftermovie

Receive full end-to-end support, with time for optimization and real-world use
In short, the 3-month minimum ensures you don’t just collect content: you turn it into a structured content library and high-quality outputs that actually drive value.
What happens after the 3-month minimum?
After the initial 3 months, you’re in control.
You can continue using Social House year-round if you have ongoing content needs. Nothing changes, your House stays active and fully accessible. If you don’t need the platform for a while, you can choose to put your House on hold instead. Your House won’t be deleted: all content remains securely stored, but the account is temporarily paused.
